I'm a musical photographer myself.
I like the lighting you've brought into the picture.
Maybe just put the singer to the left of the picture (with the neck of the guitar following the row of lights)
Or put him in centre (extreme close up) with only one blue light shining down behind.
Keep up the great work!
(Doesn't it annoy you when amateur hacks walk up and flash the place silly?)

Red spotlights are great candidates for BW photos =) being a musical buff, the blue lights are great, though the red is very distracting and horrible. This would score higher as black and white. 5

I know how difficult it is to get a photo under these circumstances, and you managed to do an excellent job. I like the singer's face too....peaceful in a way.
