That water looks so still! I bet there was no wind there at all right? There is a general lack of color in this photo, but the colors which are depicted complement each other well, the pinky-orange with the blue.

First I think you should have used the maximum allowable resolution for this picture. A picture like this one needs as much resolution as possible in order to reproduce all the detail visible in the original scene. The large blown-out area near the center of the photo detracts from an otherwise lovely scene. I think the very wide dynamic range of this image causes the color to be quite washed out. You might benefit from using a neutral density or circular polarizer filter on a subject like this one. The composition is nice but the color could be more intense. I gave this photo a 4.
