Picture is way to small. You can have a pixel lenght/width up to 640. This looks like 1/3rd that size.

Make this shot bigger and it's a winner but I'm not turning my screen resolution down to look at a postage-stamp sized pic. Sorry but you drop 3 marks because this pic is so small.

this looks like a very good shot, with the lighting and shadows. Hard to tell the rest. Start off with the 640 pixel (longest side), and adjust the quality down to get under the 150kb size. My rule of thumb. I will drop the size down if the quality setting drops below 80%, and then the size never below 512 pixels on the longest side. Hope it helps. Looks like a great photo.
