Your shot is interesting. Not really sure what you where going for within the rule of thirds or with the blurry face motion.

you have a lovely background which is in focus, sharp and full of interesting details. As for the girl, not the most flattering pose.

There is nothing in ps that I can see that would improve your photo.

This is one of the more marginal images in this challenge if only because it is an effective use of LED lighting to create some lighting effects, but it borders on the edge of being a straight shot of a LED. This might have been a better image if the grain could be held and presented in color as the conversion is a little less than completely successful. Benefit of the doubt to the author.
