A touch more depth of field would give the image more impact. As it is the background is an abstract painting and could be almost anything. |

Let me out!by AprilTheatreGeekComment by eloise: I see no glass. The fly is the star. This is a glass challenge, and I prefer the topic of the challenge to be more central (rather than incidental) in the shot before I'll grade it well. |

Let me out!by AprilTheatreGeekComment by Wes: With a little more light coming from the camera side you might have been able to pick up some details on the fly, that would have helped this picture a lot. It does retain a "glass" feeling because clearly hte fly is standing on something, but it doesn't convey the thought of glass to the viewer as much as most would probably want for this challenge. |
