Not stupid, it was an honest misunderstanding of the intended message. It's a pretty good shot actually and would do good in a 'Movie Line' challenge.

Fishing Below the Damby XukoComment by Yo_Spiff: A nice scene, but something about it just does not work for me. It may be that there are multiple great subjects vying for my attention, like the dam and the snow covered hills behind them. Plus the fishermen who are almost overlooked, but the title tells me they are the main subject. |

The Flickerby XukoComment by trevytrev: nice detail in the bird, though I might add a bit of contrast. I'm not a fan of the drop shadow but that is just a matter of taste, if I were to add a shadow it would be one to give the illusion of the light shining down on him. |

The framing is good - it gives the viewer a real sense of sneaking a privileged glimpse of something normally hidden. The rim lighting on the cubs fur really marks this out as special, and makes it my favourite of your photos. |
