If the person weren't there, I think this would be a better shot. As it is, the lighting on the person's eyes seems a bit like a raccoon. Cute dog.

My eyes are drawn to the plants and not to the wall, it is very distracting. The fact that they are blurry bugs me. The wall itself is very good. The flowers and vines draping over it adds a great effect. Good job with finding the wall but next time, focus more on it.

For my own personal tastes, if you are going to blur the foreground, keep the amount of foreground to a minimum. The blurred leaves and flowers is a distraction.
