A camera is a camera is a camera. Lot's a blown highlights it appears, though well composed and I love the rest of it. Basic sucks sometimes. :)

Those grasses to the left of the boathouse are huge! At first glance, this looks like a miniature. Gotta love that morning light! Beautiful reflections on the river.

The only thing that I think works against this shot is the empty space in the upper right. I wonder if you mirrored the image, so the blank space (lawn) was leading edge if that would "improve" it.
