I like the main subject of this, but I think a tighter crop might have changed the feelings that one gets from this. I see a bored audience not paying attention to the entertainer, but a tighter crop along the bottom and right side would truly highlight the entertainer, and make this a more enjoyable image (at least for me). However, perhaps you intentionally left the audience, in which case "The Ignored Entertainer" might be more telling.

Ah yes, might have to correct that horizon next time. It was pitch black so I couldn't see the levelling bubble. The blue comes from the full mooon light rather than the white balance, it was taken around midnight.

I may have ran a gaussian blur or NI selectively on the sky to smooth it out. I like the light trails, with so many cars it lets you feel all the traiffic.
