What do I do with it?by JulietNNComment by oscarthepig: I'm guessing a starving child's reaction to food? If so, it doesn't quite work for me; she just looks dirty. Good concept. Great low-key photo. I like the grittiness of it all. |

What do I do with it?by JulietNNComment by Jedusi: A nice idea with good lighting - but to be honest if this wasn't in a 'Bread' challenge I wouldn't know what she was holding. Also the blackline / shadow going over her shoulder effectively seperates her arm from the rest of her body and leaves it floating in space.
Still a good idea though. |

Princess and the Peaby JulietNNComment by colorcarnival: It's beautiful what you have done with the composition and lighting. It must have been a long exposure because it looks like her hands have moved. The only drawback is that you cannot see the pea because it is blurry. I do love your lighting concepts tho that you are carrying in your pictures! |
