I like the contrast around the crown of the head. Nice shadows around the arm. Good catch lights in the eyes. Together they give a nice three dimensional feel. Red is a nice touch ... adds a dynamic feel. Crop might be a little tight, especially near the top of the head.

What a sweet boy little, I love the composition. You'll find that DPC voters tend to feel that sharpness is paramount. Photos lose clarity when resizing, so you may need to experiment with resize techniques & parameters (e.g., bicubic, bilinear, etc.). Check out the DPC tutorials on saving for the web, too.
