I think better lighting here and not leaving so much of a mystery might have helped your score out a bit. Its just to dark for most people to be able to form an opinion on the image.

I will admit though it does meet the challenge well cause as said in comments What is it?

This doesn't pose any questions for me really but I really like the mildy disquieting vibe it emits. An intriguing weather condition that wouldn't look out of place in the film 'The Fog'. Considering the gloom there's good defintion and I like the colour. Like it. [7]

I would have liked this better if some detail was focused (perhaps the white writing?). The hexagons against the subdued blue gradient look pleasantly surreal.
