I see now it would be difficult to clone out the orange sign. If possible I would have only lightened the foreground a bit and kept the sky as moody as it was in the last shot.

Much better even the sky has been improved, the only things I would clone out would be the trash and the orange sign. I do like the curve of the road.

This is just a bit to dark however the sky is very nice and moody. If you could see more of the foreground I think it would improve the image.

ok...here is another comment...I would crop out the largest pole to the right and the corner of the building, leaving the curve of the road......try cloning out the trash on the lower right (you will have to zoom in to do it right)...it looks better with just the curves done...try levels...oh, marked improvement on the PP notes!!
