Pretty little one. The only point taken is for the red eyes. Longer exposure without flash or using a pre-flash could avoid it. Also the man's hand could have been taken out of the shot.

I love this shot! The young guy looks truly surprised. I might have cropped a little tighter on both sides, the background pulls you away from the subject. The shadow under the jaw line is tough to get around with a flash, I have used a sheet of white paper just in front of the flash to soften and give the over all image a more balanced feel.
