Very stereotypical 8>) Well lit image, but in my opinion I would crop the top to hide the shelf in the background and just a bit on the left to hide the object in the top left corner. Yes the top crop would get rid of that as well....
Also I would give more space at the bottom of the shot to give the bear more room to "speak". Still like this shot.

There's a yellow cast and the composition isn't wonderful. The feet of the bear and the other objects are crowded against the lower frame, while there are other parts of the photo that don't seem necessary (particularly the door frame behind the chair).
