Very different and unigue - a solid image that is crisp, sharp and properly framed and composed - a technical success in every way. From an artistic standpoint, it has significant impact being richly colored with excellant detail. This image would have worked as a black and white as well. A perfect demonstration of the power of properly controlled light and focus. Well done.

Another excellant image from a technical standpoint, the image falls short of being an artistic success. The use of bokeh to present a vaguely detailed background in addition to sound lighting and color control is a good demonstration of image construction and composition. Having said that, the image fails to impress despite it's technical excellance. Orignially rated a 6, it has been rerated to a 8 because of the technical expertise demonstrated in this capture.

Very nice capture with the focus where it should be. 2 comments: it still apears a little soft as the focal plain seems to be slightly in front of the squirrel and the pictures seems overly warm. THis one you ight have done on purpose, not sure.

Cute squirrel; like the DOF and composition. Not a lot of movement here, however. Wild animals can be *so* uncooperative!
