I like so much from the landscape, despite of the horizon that is incorrect, but... What that runner is doing there? Read the rule of thirds in this site tutorials section, it will help you to improve the message about the subject of a photography.

Nice!I would rotate the photo (the line of the horizon is not flat) and would cut the bottom of the shot (it adds nothing to the image, it's only distracting)

You'll probably get lots of "The horizon isn't level" kinds of comments. For me, that's what gives this photo the extra boost it needs to jump one point. It gives the runner a nice slant as well. I would like to see the same shot, but with the runner in different places -- some with him silhouetted by the sky rather than in front of the large rock. I'm not sure if it would be better that way, but it would be worth a look.

The large rock behind the runner makes him a bit harder to see, maybe if he had been over to the left a little between the two rocks it would have made him stand out a bit more.

Wow..HayStack. I'm surprised to see it looking so nice and warm [shorts!!!!] after the week of weather we've had. The boys in a dark top is a little lost in-front of the dark rock. Other then that this is a nice shot.

A good concept for this challenge. The horizon is not level and needs to be rotated clockwise to be level. The colors seem a bit unnatural.
