You cant really tell that hes dancing because of the yelloe lights. It would be better without them.

Captures the theme but I think the lights are a little distracting from your subject whose face seems a little too shadowed. Since your title is "Dancing Dude," my eye should be drawn more to him but instead it goes right to the light. It also seems out of focus.
