The tack tends blend with the background a little too much but still a good capture all the same.

A clever idea and a technical success, it's less than successful in an artistic sense. The lighting isn't over done creating blooms. The subject is less than interesting. Perhaps a different background with a slightly different angle would have helped. A little more thought and better framing would have brought the rating higher.

A very dull looking image, I'm afraid. I popped this into my photo editor and the first thing I noticed was the histogram is completely flat on the right (light) end. A levels adjustment, and some minor curves, contrast and sharpening was all it needed to give it a little pop.
