Wrong challenge or am I missing the toilet connection. Unless you're referring to "Eau d'Toilette" as in perfume or cologne, but then it still doesn't fit because it's supposed to be about toilet paper. As for the color title...lost me there as well.

Then again your whole photo can be about "pepper spray", in which case...well...you guessed it...I'm still lost. LOL.

I've looked and looked, and thought and thought but could not make the connection with cleaning up natures call. Maybe it's a cultural thing, I haven't been to every country yet :-). Wait! What's that in the background? Perhaps that's a torn-off bit of paper. I'm going to go with that just so I don't have to completely consider this DNMC.
