Faster speed could help freeze subject. Maybe get in closer. Face shouldn't be covered unless that is your intention. Try shooting closer to sunrise or sunset for better light.

Focus is off, horizon is tilted, and should have cropped out the distracting person/leg on the right. However, I can appreciate the emotion captured here and the fact that he and the ball are both off the ground. With a little editing, I think you could have improved this shot dramatically. As it stands, I've gotta give you a 4.

Nice attempt at an action shot. It's a shame the glove was infront of his/her face; focus is off; and cropping the arm of the other child out would have made this a better photo.
