Algarve Retreatby johnmComment by lsmart: Great picture composition. It is a pitty the hard light with some overexposure on the with houses. |

Algarve Retreatby johnmComment by nordic: Shame you could not have captured this image a lot earlier or later in the day to obtain a softer light, harsh light is difficult when there is so many white buildings, gives the impression of the image being 'washed out' |

Algarve Retreatby johnmComment by Bran-O-Rama: Whites are a little overexposed. Is this a residential area? I would've focused less on the houses and more on the ocean/landscape. |

California dreamin'by johnmComment by Daraton: The table and out of focus background is a bit distracting. It's too obvious that it's a book behind the car. I think for this to work better, the mechanics shouldn't be revealed. |

Snake eyesby johnmComment by MrAkamai: Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the term snake eyes mean both die show the number 1? It's rather difficult to tell here which number I'm supposed to look at but I see the number 5 on both first then the others. Lighting is also quite harsh and bright. I like the use of DOF to concentrate focus on the foreground die "ball" and it looks good. |

Snake eyesby johnmComment by adine: I like the subtle diagonal composition - the shadow in the background and the shaddoews of the dice - escecially in a subject without any straight lines! I would prefer a plainer background - the woodgrain is a bit distracting. |
