Nice shot. I really like the angle and position of the wings. I wish the lighting was different. The little you can see of the right wing looks great, too bad the rest isn't lit that well.

Beautiful. The out of focus thorn in the foreground seems out of place. I wish there was more of it or none at all. As it is, it's pretty prominent and cuts through a huge part of the photo. Worse, although it helps frame the subject, it dramatically emphasizes the leaves on the left (almost like an inset), and they don't deserve it (not well lit, not in focus). This would be the area to put your logo or descriptive text. Perhaps aggressive cropping would help.

Awesome shot all around. I really like the framing, motion blur, and out of focus background that is obviously a wave. I just think the hues reflecting off the water are ambiguous and distracting. I wonder if this shot would come off better in bw.

I like it. It seems a little too dark, and I think that's primarily because of the white lines in the border. I bet I like it more if you just darken those lines or drop the border altogether.

Bird Under the Moon!

Really cool to catch a bird so close to the moon. Otherwise it doesn't work for me. The bird's position is awkward and it's out of focus.

I wish the bottom left corner was cropped out. Also, instead of just being a bunch of birds, I wish there was something to focus on, one special bird that I could identify with or something. Your title could have helped with that. For example, maybe you could have told us that the bird on the far right was the focus with a title like: Wait for me!

There is a very distracting bit of color, yellow, at the top that seems inadvertent. Also, some details in the background are distracting as well, especially the one right above the left wing. I do like the pose on the bird, and the out of focusness seems to work. I think I would enjoy the graininess more if this was bw.

March Madness - Duking It Out

I feel like I should like this one much more than I do. The backdrop with conspicuous shadows doesn't make sense to me, I wish it wasn't there. And I feel like post processing makes the birds look painted and unreal in a way that doesn't work. Too much smoothing? Also I'm not sure what is in focus if anything. The mutual eye contact does seem like something special.
