Thank you Zeuszen for your deep comment: I immediately went to see your portfolio and I can actually see there are many similarities in our way of photographing.
For those who thought this was the moon: actually it was the sun behind a quite thick gaze.
To those who scored this picture with a "1": it would be nice to know the reasons why, I never get offended for a 1 :-)

Well, no! :-)
Actually it was pouring and I stayed under a small tree... The lense (Canon 20mm f/2,8) had to be dried immediately after.... but is quite waterproof, yes:-)

Lens flare spoils the pic. If you wished to make a silhouette of the subject you had to expose with a shorter time.

You didn't catch the moment, for my taste: that large cloud is obscuring the tree silhouette; a couple of minutes later or earlier would have let you shoot a nicer photo.

Nice expression, indeed, even though it doesn't give me a feeling of solitude: he looks to be more bored than lonely... Dof is probably a little too shallow. I do not agree with the tight crop on the top of his head and with the central position of the subject. The background looks quite distarcting, too.
