Yeah, these are really beautiful birds...and really striking in flight especially! I will ulpoad an in flight shot tonight...which are hard to get with these birds. All day and I got ONE keeper...lol.

These suckers are evey bit as huge as they look in pics, too! This guy was waiting next to a fisherman, and would have snatched his fish away from him, if he had caught one. They loooove to do that...haha. Smart bird.

I was shocked at the green...wasn't aware they did that in breeding. I thought I had some sort of inverted albino thing going on with this guy...LOL!

Pulling such detail out of such a dark bird, is amazing...and the snow really helps add a ton of depth and interest to this image.
