The Technician by Art RoflmaoComment: There is something magical about this image. In true Norman Rockwell style, you have captured it perfectly. Given, that it's Advanced Editing, were you not permitted to move the spark? I know that you tried to get it closer to the screwdriver, but could you just move it in post? Anyway, I really like it. |

Turning the Cornerby kawesttexComment: Hi there kawesttex Ken,
I am a Registered User, but I let my membership lapse and am NOT a current member. I don't enter many challenges, but love the site for its discussion. I have also received an enormous amount of assistance from members of which I am most appreciative.
With respect to you and your photograph, I see that in the image Turning the Corner it has the words "This image is not part of any challenge."
Am I permitted to do this?
You see when I upload images to the Photo Domino game, I have been uploading them to my media page on my Wordpress site and copying the URL so that they appear in the game.
For some reason, they are about 4 times the size of the other images.
What am I doing incorrectly? |

The landscape architectby jchoComment: This is my favourite image. I love the composition. Would have been nice to see the subject doing something like holding plans or sweeping with a broom or looking through a theodolite or just holding something up to his face to give the idea that he is busy doing something as opposed to just standing there. Still my favourite. |

Trees in Perthby johnbrennanComment: Thank you kindly for your comments, Susan.
The shot was actually taken at about 3.45 pm in the afternoon.
I think that many of the trees are various types of gum trees found in Western Australia. Once planted they grow like wildfire.
Not sure why they have no bark.
I welcome your comments and I thank you once again.
Cheers

Up and around the cruveby DanaSComment: This is my favourite shot in this series.
It has all the components of the S curve.
It's not only artistically creative, but is very pleasant to view.
Well done. |
