Simple, poor composition. Cut off 1/8 of the left and you have a lot higher average score. But wonderful clarity and color and background.

A little stale, if you could have gotten closer to the splashing, then it would have been more unique. But overall, it is nicely captured, if not a little unbalanced.

A bluish-silvery cast to picture is interesting. I would have cropped out the horizon to focus the viewer's eyes on the city specifically. It is very sharp.
