Hi - Cool place to take a picture. ;^) The comments left hit the mark on the obvious enhancements that would lift this photo up a bit (focus, sharpening). The time of day may have impacted the outcome, perhaps early or late would have softened the harsh light. Another thing to try is using levels or curves to deepen the blue in the sky and give the barn more color. Some additional saturation maybe and more contrast (bring down brightness at the same time). Good find! Keep having fun...

I really liked this image. Cool composition with the door frame and light coming in across the bottom of the image at an angle. Nice contrast and tones. I had two minor nitpicks: 1) The wire (?) on the ground in the doorway I would have moved out of the way. 2) The doorframe (right edge) could have been a bit sharper. JMO. If the intent was to cast the viewer out the door to the view beyond (as your title suggests), then nevermind about nitpick number 2. ;^)

Clean and simple. I like it. You're probably taking a little heat for not having 'Tacks' (plural), but it's fine in my book. The bottom front of the pushpin is a bit hot, but tricky to avoid. It looks like you used white paper for the background and it's coming across a little noisy. You know it's not, but the paper makes it appear that way. Neat Image could have ironed that out a bit for you. Overall, great job. Good luck!

Oh no - not another water droplet image! ;^) Nice photo... Was it intentional to have the pin part of this pushpin bent? If not it was a cool accident. The bend mirrors the curve in the rock below it. Great focus, nice composition. Only downside I have is the image size - it's 20% smaller than allowed. Good luck!
