great color and lighting and contrast, would just like to see a slightly different composition.. looks like you were trying for the rule of thirds but were a little close to center... try making a making the bulb a little smaller and a smidge to the left with a few extra inches of black added to the top of the picture making the bulb around 1/3 the hieght of the pic. i would love to have captured this the way you did though.

there is such a great opportunity for a better shot here. if you return to this spot, try a vertical shot and closer to the ground and the trees getting a better perspective of the road coming into the foreground and just barely getting the vacancy sign in on the left side. even just cropping out to the first fence post on the left and on the other side of the right gate fence helps alot.
