I'm not much for the light reflection in your eyes or the low angle of your camera. I think just by moving your camera up a tad, more level with your nose or eyes, would make this even better. I do agree about cropping a tad off the left and top.

I LOVE your angle. In my opinion, if more of the instrument was in focus in the foreground it would have improved it just a bit. As for making it into a poster, I think a thinner black border around the photo, less white on the bottom, and a different text would be nice. That is all a matter of personal taste, however. I would have rated the image itself an 8 or a 9.

I really like the color & subject of this. However, I don't care for the angle much. Maybe if more of the dock was showing, or you were down lower it would help. However, it looks like the dock may be up to high for you to shoot from a lower angle. I would have given this a 6 :o)

I think this would have been even better without the tripod. Just the girl, standing in the tall grass looking out, would have been excellent.
