It is a great work of creativity. I like the tone and processing, more or less. But there is one thing that stands out as breaking the spell you are weaving; that is the shadow under the jaw. It makes the face look more like a mask than a face, if you see what I mean. For me, that takes away the naturalness of the situation.

I would accept no colours as OK for the submission. But the exposure is just rather poor. Low marks for poor exposure rather than because there are no colours, in case you wondered.
