Still prefer this one. Lot of things to like, the sun behind the tree, the use negative space, the amn and his dog as you eye moves to the roght with the leading line of hte sidewalk.

I would clone out the water or whatever the light thing is just below the tree under where the side walk begins. and may a few of the white specs in the field in the fore ground.
