Yes it is bakelite. |

Lost in Space IIIby citymarsComment: The ominously threatening fog approached the Robinson family. All that stood between them and a misty demise was their brave robot. |

Rising sun (CW)by hojop25Comment: Here's my comments, specifically because you've marked it CW
If I was voting in this challenge I would have given you a 8. It gives me a real feeling of tranquillity. The composition is just right with the bubble off centre. I like it. |

Between Yellow and Red (CW)by dtremainComment: Here's my comments, specifically because you've marked this CW
If I were voting in this challenge I would have given you a 4. I think you've chosen a good subject and the orange mesh is a good idea. I feel the main problem is a lack of sharpness. Everything looks a bit fuzzy to me. |

Orange (CW)by tehbenComment: Here's my comments, specifically because you've marked it CW
If I were voting in this challenge I would have given it a 7. I really like the composition and the uncluttered feeling. The balance of it feels just right with his hand close the right edge balanced by the ball at the bottom left. Very nice. |

The Friendly Spooners (CW)by dtremainComment: Here's my comments specifically because you've marked it CW.
If I was voting in this challenge I would have given you a 5. I like your subject and you've managed to capture it mostly isolated from a potentially distracting background, but not quite. I feel the car behind and especially the orange in the background is a little too distracting. |

Toledo, Peoria & Western (CW)by kleskiComment: Here's my comments specifically because you've marked it CW
If I was voting in this challenge I would have given it a 5. While I feel it's an OK photo, the composition doesn't grab me. I'm torn between thinking it's too tight a crop (I want to see all of the train), or not tight enough (more of an abstract). I also wonder if you could have made it look more imposing by taking the picture from a lower angle. |

Pate's home for retired warriors (cw)by Yo_SpiffComment: Here's my comments (because you put the CW in the title)
If I was voting on this challenge, I would have given you a 6. I like your composition especially how you've framed the flying boat with the foreground aircraft. My one minor issue is that I feel you could have cropped off the right hand edge slightly to loose the wing-root so that distraction was removed. |
