Tuning Post Detailby ralfwComment: To answer Durbinite - Yes, tripod shot for sure. Had just gotten a new set of extension tubes (tube length of 68mm) to allow for some better macro work.
This was done outside in the sun. (a bit too strong, but ended up being a good effect for the shot)
I set my macro lens on max zoom (200mm in this case), and put the camera as far away as possible to optimize the focal area of sharpness - note that the f-stop was also very sharp at f/16.
Thanks for asking!

Mysticalby GiorgioComment: What, no comments! Such pretty eye(s), pretty cheeks, and pretty ear(s)!
I like it alot!
On the critique side, perhaps some hot spots on her face from the bright sunlight, but my favorite part of the image is the colour and composition. I can imagine this image with a diffused light over the model from the same angle as the position of the sun!
Good balance and detail in the hair, as caused by the depth of field.
Cheers! |

Often paragliding can be 'glorious'!by beafliesComment: You captured the atmospheric 'glory' 100%! Incredibly interesting composition and legit! (Meaning first glance, some may think a background was used - but believe this to be legit.) Marking as fav to see if I'm right or wrong!
Oh, and extra point for originality! |

Forever Searchingby JeniYComment: Fantastic shot - maybe stretching the "searching" in my opinion, but I really like this shot for it's colors and finish. |
