Bluesby SaraRComment: Very nice shades of blue - soothing. I would've preferred a pic from a lower pespective that doesn't align the top of the bridge with horizon. Also, there are jpeg artifacts in the sky that are distracting from enjoying the delightful gradient in blues. |

Just a Touch of Sunby izadoodleComment: I'm always a sucker for reflected light, and the model in this one basks nicely in it! Great exposure - very well done. |

Symmetryby gadionComment: Yupp - Symmetry's right! Fisheye on a full-frame? The image itself is very cool and interesting. The fantastic setting however, leaves me thirsty for wanting to see more details. Not sure if you're constrained by the lens itself or by the 300KB limit on dpc uploads, but feels like the details are a bit smudged on this pic - would love to see this at full resolution and marvel at it. The colorful jackets of the people at the bottom are also distracting a little bit, but I'm sure you couldn't have asked them to leave :P Nice capture. If you could do this again, it would be awesome if you could take some 9 pics and stitch them together to give you a similar view with a lot more details and maybe print it up wall-size :) |

Incomparableby h2Comment: A very very cool idea - well executed and the lighting's great!
The only nit I have is with the reflection being neither here nor there. I would've either put the entire reflection in the picture or would've taken out most of what's visible now and kept the orange almost at the bottom of the pic. But that's just a nit - something that occurred to me after spending a lot of time enjoying the pic. |

Dawn Awaitsby APComment: Phew! Taken from a plane? Or did you hike up a mountain-top above the clouds and wait for the Sunrise? Amazing that there are clouds above and below and the warm tones and the silver linings (well - more like gold linings) are fantastic! |

First Snowby DougTannerComment: A good title to a nice pic. The gentle S-curve of the road, the nicely white-spotted trees, the beautiful lamp posts and the interesting tread patterns on the road - all add up to a very neat almost-rural setting. The sign board doesn't distract much, but the OOF lights from a building in the top center are very distracting and keep the picture from giving a serene feeling. Also, would've liked the shot from a tad wider angle, to cover the left edge of the road as well - that would've involved the viewer more and be more inviting to walk along the road. |

Water Dancesby NeilComment: What a lovely autumn setting! The underexposed woods leading to a bright clearing in the end, the still rocks facing the might of raging waters and turning them around, the dead leaves with the last gasp of colors laying on the black surface - lots of interesting elements that add up. I wish the flowing water was exposed for either a longer or a shorter duration. Right now, I believe it's in between, neither smooth enough nor raging enough. |

Focusby jegerComment: Scary! I wouldn't want to be staring at this pic for long :) Well taken.
The picture feels a little unbalanced to me and my eyes tends to be distracted away from the eye (although that could be just because it's scary to me:) Maybe a little more room on the left and right and pushing the eye to a third might help? Or tilting the pic so that the line is diagonal instead of horizontal? Not sure myself though. |

Trading Placesby vawendyComment: Wow! Did your best with an extremely difficult exposure scene. The wings are fabulous as are the eyes, but the slightly blown highlights are detracting from a nice image. Good title too btw. |
