Snow-covered Glacierby clarksuzyComment: a very cool photo that is going to be hurt by its size. If you have photoshop, be sure to resize to 640px then use "save for web" to accurately control the size of your saved image. Otherwise, download a free program like google picasa, which has similar control over image size and quality. PM me if you have any questions, this really is a cool photo and I hate to see it suffer just cause its too small. |

Morning Traffic During Snow Stormby MikkelComment: Interesting take on this one. I see you've gone for the mysterious "nothing is in focus" effect, I really get a sense for the chaos of an intense winter storm. I also really enjoy the "revenge of the motorist" motif you've applied here; by reducing the cyclist to lowly pedestrianism, you illustrate the superiority of the automobile. You know, the lack of detail and motion blurring gives this a very painting like quality that I find lacking in so many photographs today. A stroke of pure genius, 10. |
