so small! why?! i hope you dont mind, but i looked at the exif for this one (i usually do when photos are abnormally small) and as i suspected, you didnt use save for web. and why on earth is your dpi 300?? I see you used CS2: next time, set your resolution to 640 pixels in one direction, then instead of "save as" go "save for web" and adjust the quality slider until the file size below your image is under 150kb. feel free to PM me if youre not clear on that one, it really is a shame to see a photo hammered for such a silly reason as "its too small"

posthumous, I agree 100% about your take on the garbage can. This photo isn't complete without it. I tried alot of different crops here, and the photo seemed to "need" both the bin and the bench. I wouldn't do it any other way...
