No no no! It's because the buildings and the boats share the same values and colours the picture is interersting. The buildings go very well with the boats.

See, this is why DPC is not the best way to judge your pictures. I go by the comments people give, and not by the score you get, because people who post comments are distinguished from those obnoxious few who like tampering with the voting system (yes, you know who you are!). People who post comments that sound proffesional usually know what they're talking about.

And btw, almost everyone who posted a comment here gave this pic a very score.
