What surfdabbler said!!! What the heck is it? |
Its some sort of old Owl that the local zoo has in a reptile building, hes free to roam the entire building, yea he is a little goofy looking but was a riot to shoot as it was just before close and was just the two of us in the building so I managed to keep his attention quite easily :)

Catby CalamitysMaster00Comment: Sarah,
Thought I would lurk through a few portfolios of some of my fav photog's and finding a lot of new ones in yours which some are just awesome. As for this photo tell your sister she is a beautiful woman and photographs very well IMHO. Her eyes and smile in this one are mainly what caught my attention and made me want to comment.
Sincerely,

Home Grown by elizadebComment: Great idea and composition but the lowish contrast can hurt it a bit I think. either way I like it, nice work.

Traditional Makerby shalrathComment: Im not quite sure what he is making as where I live we dont have any interesting characters like this as they would get shut down in a big hurry as I can see people complaining about health code issues. Anyway Ill assume that he is making some sort of sweets, the overall scene looks great, nice DOF and clarity. Other than his lower right arm has some odd colouring as well as the gloves. Good capture none the less :)

Let's get nerdy! by KelliComment: Great colours and exposure, looks like you used a wide lens on it which I think works very well in this one giving it an interesting perspective.

Breakfast in bedby CKYidiotComment: Nice idea the scene seems to work well and has a nice flow to it, but IMHO a bit over saturated and a little less DOF mite have helped it a bit also.
