This has so much potential, its just sad to see that its not really following the rule of thirds. The tower is too centered, and the horizon is also too close to the center....if those 2 elements followed the rule of thirds, it would be a hard to beat photo.

Great use of B&W. I also like the subtle yet effective border. The only thing I don't like is the amount of space at the bottom of the picture. I think aiming the camera higher and getting more of the window would have made the picture flow better. Great job...7
