Rusty n' Crustyby Yo_SpiffComment: It is a lovely shot. Was this handheld or tripod? You could squeeze out some more DoF by opening up more...maybe try f11 and go up from there. The texture and colours are gorgeous but as you say, the shallow DoF doesn't show enough of it...or rather the lovely perspective would really come out. |

You really are a petty person aren't you? Make constructive criticism rather than taking cheap personal shots. What if someone was to comment about your subjects, or home, or children, or wife, or pets, or whatever? Grow up. |

Energy 2020by manuComment: Great image! Beautifully shot too. I like that the bulb isn't perfectly clean like many of similar ilk because it really adds to the old lantern feel that it conveys (to me at least). I hope this ribbons because it has a wonderful charm about it. |
