natural anthemby IndieapertureComment: A beautiful picture but unfortunately is just too much of a stretch for even this highly interpretable challenge. Great shot though :) |

maybe it was only a bad dreamby tnunComment: I don't know if it's intentional but the levels and exposure are all really out. The main subject is also largely obscured. |

Miniature Station - With Lights!by levyj413Comment: In all honesty a really nice try...a really clever attempt but I think you just fell short in that it doesn't totally convey the new miniature scale - it almost does and I can really see what you're trying to do but I think the Xmas tree maybe gives away the scale (or perhaps something else, I'm not sure what it is exactly). It also looks very photoshopped with unsubtle/unnatural DoF changes all over the place. I know it's intentional to convey a new scale but it needs to be more subtle and more uniform imho. Nice try though. |

Finally!by libertyComment: Great shot. To me it somehow feels 'old school' - and I can't put my finger on why. It's simple and a beautiful interpretation of the challenge and really works in monochrome. Perfect crop too imho. Well done. |

"I've Arrived!"by hotpastaComment: Forgetting the fact that your model is ridiculously cute, this is a glorious photo. I love the monochrome and red colour palette but the perspective and context (relevant but not too cluttered) make it a simple but incredibly effective shot. The only thing stopping me from rating it 10 is that it doesn't pass the "i'd hang it on my wall test" - but that's personal taste and not your photo or interpretation. No doubt there's some miserable and clueless voters who will vote this 4 or less...but it's an outstanding shot both in composition and technically. Well done. |

Designer Diamond Necklaceby fotomann_foreverComment: I know this will sound childish, but "what necklace?" - maybe it's just me but I find her nipple overpowering in that it distracts from what should be the subject of the photo, the necklace. A nice photo though but for me it's hard to say whether you bought the necklace or the model on eBay ;) |

Look how much we savedby WarbyComment: Lovely shot. I love the muted colours of the shop and her pink coat against a relatively simple palette. I love the perspective - is this handheld? How on earth did you manage to get such DoF in apparently covered/low lighting, and a pin sharp shot? It's a little stretch on the interpretation but it's definitely relevant imho. Lovely shot...well done! |
