	The long wait 'til spring by ti_evom Comment: Nice balance between emphasizing the ice and the mill structure (?). Far background is a little distracting. Good composition otherwise.

	the lonely star by Giorgio Comment: Contrast between the warm and cool colors here is great. Nice DOF while still focusing sharply on the subject. Only nag is that the top portion of the ice blends in too much with the white matter in the background.

	Free Verse by Hipychik Comment: Good looking sky here; seems like it's crafted with a paintbrush. Obviously there are frozen spots here, but the wood is more showcased than the ice. Good image, nonetheless. I like how there is ice/snow in the shadows across the wood.

	Ice... floating in the afterglow by IreneM Comment: Stunning image. I love the colors in this image, and the contrast between the smooth texture of the water and the rigidity of the ice.

	Twilight zone by asij Comment: The center focus did catch my attention, but like I said, the image wouldn't have had such a strong unbiased tension if the structure were left or right of center. Don't beat yourself over the decision, it definitely worked.
