A pleasant picture. Pity the focus is on the guitar neck, and not on the face. Or, for a soft focus picture, the neck is to sharp. Go figure. Lighting, colour, pose - very nice. I would probably have shifted the crop a bit, to give him more breathing space.

Original idea. Thanks to the desat it conveys a very strong message, supporting the title (or v/v).

That is not fair! One guy has to stand on one leg, while the other one has still got three on the ground...;)
Cute shoes, and so very practical for a soldier. Nice sepia.

I just spent ages trying to find out what you did in processing. Not good. I mean, it is a spectacular shot and all, but the processing creates an artificial effect so strong, that it looks like a fake. And then the magic of the moment is lost and the left side of the brain kicks in...

Great idea. Possibly a bit wasted in "Partners", though. The crispness and the colours of the background make it look artificial - not unpleasant, but strange. It wouldn't have hurt to have the main character focused as well. An extra point for humour.

Fun idea! A bit of a perpetuum mobile, though. Lots of bits and pieces that might have been solved differently, but that could have ruined the spontaneity.

Now there's a perfect case of "mutually beneficial"! Emphasis on "mutually", as in excluding Joe Public. You got me reaching for my soap box, head full of angles on that particular topic, but this is not the place for it.
The picture captures the hectical hysteria of a rally very well.

Wow. Technically and visually very good indeed. Emotionally very creepy. I don't like the expression of either of them, but for diametrically different reasons. Can't help the feeling, that the horse may not sign the "mutually beneficial" part of the partnership. The ice cold, almost ruthless expression of the jockey says it all. Not a shot to promote horse racing, but a splendid one for animal activists. Congratulations for catching such a unique moment!

Very nice shot already as such, but the plane trail makes it special. Maybe you could have cloned out the hotspots, they do disturb (but I am envious that you have so few, compared to what I end up with...).
