I think its time to plan a GTG for NYC! There are alot of us just in Bklyn, SI, Manhattan etc to make this happen. Had a great time meeting people on the last one to Bronx Zoo So when where...?
OK SO WE'VE DECIDED ON TWO GTGs!!! Anyone wanting to go to one or both leave a post we'll add you to the list.

ok - I vote for the 17th of April. It's a Sunday, and for me at least, would be best. I have friends coming from Canada that I haven't seen in 7 years, and they just had twins...so here's one vote for April 17th!
As to where, someone mentioned the Battery Park area, and I agree - sounds great. I missed the Bronx Zoo GTG last time, and don't want to miss another GTG.

I'm in!
A great photo-walk is to start at South St Seaport and walk the entire tip, all thru Battery Park, all the way around to Chelsea Piers...or further on up! It's real nice. Nice spring weather = lots of great candids.

Since atsxus was the only one to post a date, Im available anyday and time, so yes April 13th is perfect for me...we could start in battery park and do the financial center. Or even walk along the east side to the 2 bridges. |

As mentioned in the other NYC thread, odds are I'll be hanging around NYC over the weekend on the 16th/17th April, so either of those days (or even the days just before: 13th/14th/15th) would great for me :o)

don't know about you guys, but the 13, 14, 15 is the middle of the week, and I work, so....weekend please....

Dont worry...I can give you directions to Bkln and you can go from there with me probably on the train if you want...no need to DRIVE to the city its a hassel.
We'll have to see what everyone says about Sat or Sun.

I'm outta town from 4/22 to 4/29, but anything outside of those dates is perfection. I really can't wait! But y'all better not make fun of my crappy phototaking skills ;)
