Hehehe, perfect B I'd say. But that's what gives the b...ra the B shape. Stick a fork in there instead of the breasts, and that won't look much of a B. :-D

For the photographer, that's one lucky point of view you have there!

I originally went to the park today a few hours before deadline and tried to take some nature shots...trees, shadows and such. I quickly gave up on this, though, and went with something different. Hope it holds...

Not bad I guess. I hope I break 6 this time. I know that goal seems pathetic - but I'm being realistic with my goals right now. :)

It's been my experience that no matter what my score has been - that right before the contest ends, my score is raised like 2 or 3 tenths of a point.

I yanked my entry around three times because it's not a great shot mostly due to lighting problems but finally decided to leave it in for giggles and to keep my mind off of reality. The update button has become one helluva pastime.

Anyway, it was a decent concept with execution problems that I didn't have the time to fix. Sometimes ya gotta do, what ya gotta do.

I'm still at a 0. But that's because I didn't enter.

The current challenges represent my best and worst scores to date: they are currently separated by over 4 points...!!

I am no longer going to submit challenge entries without viewing them on my laptop. My entry looks pretty good (5 if I'm lucky) on my CRT but flat and lifeless on my laptop.

I learn something new every day...

I have the same problem, at home where my monitor is calibrated images look sharp and clear, at work dull and flat. I wonder how many folks see what I see at work and not from home.

I submitted my very first challenge entry! woo-hoo! I normally only take photos of people so this was fun and "hard" for me. Just one quick question tho....is it normal to not have any comments. I wanted to use this as a learning experience. You know, gain knowledge from everyone in the hopes of retaining just 1% to better yourself.

people like comments, well I do, as you can learn from them. Like too light, out of focus and so on. But positive comments are great too, I like to leave some when I have the time. Mine are mostly positive ones, like this is great, love the composition and lighting. Sometimes I put comments like love it or very cute.
I would like comment when someone votes my shot a 1 or 2...It would be nice to know why they think it well below average
Hope this helped jeweliek

oh and good luck on your first challenge :)
