What really matters, then, is if the final image "works". If it does, then how much processing was done is of little importance.


I totally agree. Isn't it the end result that we vote on. I think that if a picture can be processed to the max, and NOT show it,THAT is the bottom line (unless one is actually striving for that "digital art" look.

Great job, Pedro. And many thanks for posting the step-by-step. It gives me hope for my own learning.
