Well, when I wasn't winning the Punk Rock Day contest (what was I thinking?), I was practicing with the other members of my high school drill team. My kids will be so embarrassed that I put these up online!! :rofl

Laurie, Your punk rock day picture is hysterical, but cute!! :-) Thank you for sharing!
Edit: I had really big hair in the 80's, but the photo is now stuck to the glass of the frame so I can't scan it. :-(
Edit Edit: Oh, and when I was 15, I was working in a diner or going to school...

I was working in a booth selling t-shirts and souvenirs at a racetrack in Phoenix. It was my way to get out of the house unsupervised and talk to boys, lol. |

I was hanging out in downtown DC with a bunch of punk rockers - hanging out with bands like the Dead Kennedy's, Black Market Baby, Black Flag. And yes, I had a mowhawk. I cherry red one that went halfway down my back. I was cool!;) Even did a stint at Commander Salamander when it was cool (have no clue if it still is). If they could only see me now... :)

I know, I know, but my memory failed after D. A relative of your screen name also probably aided with that... :) |

I was cleaning barns for 5 bucks a stall. Mowing lawns for about the same rate. Spent my spare time chasing a girl named Jenny. Ended up dating her sister.
