These are all very old antique tools that I have around the house. I thought it would suit the challenge very well, let me know what you think!

You might want to downsize those images in the forums. You could piss a lot of dialup people off. Also now that you have put them here it is not advisable to use them.

Just curious - where in the 'rulebook' does it say that he can't use the linked images in a challenge? Considering that they are linked outside of DPC and not visible in this forum...actually, even if they were visible he could remove the thumb links (edit post)...

There is no rule about using them in the challenge, but i would highly discourage it as such pictures usually receive lower votes. |

If anonymity is not an issue then by all means use one of them. Just be aware that some voters take the anonymity to heart and could penalize by way of voting low.

Agreed - I wouldn't do it either. However, if the user pulled the links quick enough where not many had seen it, it could be 'ok'. Especially if the image was reshot and composed a bit differently, etc...
I like rex (James), but the way the comment was posted made it sound like it was a hard fast rule. That's all.

didn't mean for it to sound that way....I was short....it is usually frowned upon here by the majority.....that is all I was saying.
