Getting well and truly caught up with the processing now.
The other week I hit my first ever flower show. Jeez these gigs are big! Walked around for 8 hours with a 20 minute lunch break and still didn't see it all.

Enjoy.

Great shots - thanks for sharing - I have a particular fondness for flowers (gasp!) My favorite would be 7868 - stunning!

Stunning photos bod, makes me wish I̢۪d travelled the 14 miles to attend. Although I have a feeling it would have been depressing to compare my shots with these. Thanks for sharing.

WOW Bod!

I am not sure I should even admit in public that the main reason the Tatton Flower Show is in my consciousness at the moment is because a character on kiddy soap HollyOaks (yes I watch it) is, in the storyline, to have a garden there!!!

GORGEOUS pics there!

Well if you don't admit it, then I don't have to admit that Hollyoaks is what put the idea of going into my head in the first place, so let's keep it quiet eh? ; )

OMG TOOO funny.

Ok, looking around, no one's heard us... we're in the clear...

NOTHING TO SEE HEAR FOLKS, MOVE RIGHT ALONG!

Bah - we all know you're a Hollyoaks fangirl, Kavey. There's no use trying to hide it

Shhhh. Stop bumping the thread.

Oh flip!

Can I retain some cred by claiming I only watch it for the girls, and that I was gutted that Miss Hayton wasn't waiting there to *ahem* "teach me a lesson" ; )

I don't know what the storyline is going to be, but the Hollyoaks garden did win a Gold medal for real in the show. Didn't see any signs of cast or crew though - they no doubt filmed at the start of the week.

Bod, you can claim it but we won't believe it...

Pete despairs that I watch it (I record the Sunday omnibus) but then ends up drawn in and watching it and asking what has happened when he doesn't!

He he he!

It's probably something to do with the omnibus being 3 hours long (or whatever) that us guys need at least a little continuity processing to happen when we've sat nearby doing our own thing (such as catching up on DPC forums, or playing on the computer) and missed most of what's going on.

I've heard a little tip recently about couple's sloth time vs activity time: Watch 1 TV program, and have 1 computer gaming session, then it's time to go out and do something. I'm not sure how that can apply to TV omnibus editions and MMORPG's, but hey :)

Oh, and Bump :)
